Bad News
Tja, es gibt nicht immer nur Positives zu berichten. Wie sich heute herausgestellt hat, hat kürzlich ein Label aus den USA den Namen “Full Tilt” als Marke schützen lassen, was mir bisher aus finanziellen Gründen nicht möglich war. Nun muss ich sehen, in wiefern das mich zum Handeln zwingt und was meine Möglichkeiten sind…!
Attention “Groove Accicts”: Just in case you googled “Full Tilt” after our Email correspondance and are now looking at my site: I’m as of now in the process of reorganising myself and am going to respect the rights you own for the name “Full Tilt”. It won’t happen overnight, but I’ll try to make it fast. Thanks for your patience.
